TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVIC

Acceptance of Terms By using the services of C Palas (including equipment rental, bus rental, or purchasing products), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, refrain from using our services.

Definitions

• "Company": Refers to Sea Palace

• "Client": The individual or entity using the Company’s services.

• "Equipment": All machinery, tools, vehicles, or products provided by the Company.

Rental Agreements Rental Period

• Rental duration starts upon Equipment delivery and ends at the agreed return date. Extensions require written approval and additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

• Inspect Equipment upon receipt and report defects immediately.

• Use Equipment only for its intended purpose and comply with safety guidelines.

• Cover costs for damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.

Return Condition

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition (minus normal wear and tear). Cleaning/repair fees may apply for substandard returns.

Sales of Equipment Ownership

• Ownership of purchased Equipment transfers to the Client upon full payment.

Warranties

• Warranties (if any) are specified in the sales contract. The Company is not liable for misuse or unauthorized modifications.

Returns/Refunds

• Returns require prior authorization. Refunds/exchanges are subject to inspection and adherence to return policies.

Bus Rental Services

• Routes, schedules, and passenger limits must be agreed in writing.

• Clients are liable for fines, damages, or accidents caused by misuse or negligence.

Payments

• Payments are due as per the invoice. Late payments incur [X]% interest monthly.

• Security deposits may be required for rentals and are refundable post-inspection.

Liability & Insurance

• The Company is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., delays, lost profits) arising from Equipment use.

• Clients must insure rented Equipment against damage/theft unless covered by the Company’s policy.

• The Company may terminate agreements if the Client breaches terms. All Equipment must be returned immediately.
